1. Introduction

Tandem Martech ("we," "our," or "us") operates the marketing intelligence platform at app.tandemmartech.io and tandemmartech.io (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you sign in via Google OAuth we receive your name, email address, profile photo, and a unique Google identifier.

2.2 Agency and Client Data

We store agency name and profile, client profiles including names, industries, and website URLs, brand keywords and competitor lists, analysis results from reports you upload, and historical analysis results.

2.3 Google Ads Data

When you upload Google Ads reports or connect via the Google Ads API, we process search terms performance data, keyword metrics, ad copy data, and campaign structure. This data is stored in your account to enable historical analysis.

2.4 Usage Data

We collect features used, analyses run, error logs, and general location at country/region level.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to provide and maintain the Platform, process your data and generate AI recommendations, store analysis history for continuity between sessions, send important account notifications, respond to support requests, and improve the Platform.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore. Security measures include HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data transmission, Firebase security rules scoping each agency to their own data only, Google OAuth authentication (we never store passwords), and restricted access to production data.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Google Firebase (database and auth), Anthropic Claude API (AI analysis), Google Ads API (account data when authorized), and Netlify (hosting).

6. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or export of your personal data by contacting hello@tandemmartech.io. We respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

The Platform uses minimal cookies and local storage for authentication and preferences such as theme settings. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically and will notify you of material changes by posting an updated version with a new effective date.
